1. Services Provided

Avizode offers high-performance web architecture, UI/UX design, social media strategy, and digital content creation. By engaging with our services, you agree to provide the necessary information required to complete the project.

2. Project Timeline

While we strive for maximum performance and speed, project timelines are estimates and can vary based on the complexity of the digital architecture and client feedback cycles.

3. Payments & Deposits

Standard projects require an initial deposit before development begins. Final project files and web deployment will be completed once the remaining balance is settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final web design and custom code developed specifically for the client will belong to the client. Avizode retains the right to display the project in our professional archive/portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

Avizode is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from third-party service outages (hosting, domain, or API changes) after the project has been successfully deployed.
